Description:

The administrative assistant professional will help with a variety of administrative tasks, keep things organized while assisting multiple department to ensure a smooth day-to-day operations of the entire company. Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls Organize and schedule appointments and meetings Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms. Develop and maintain a filing system Schedule tours, communicate with office team, support employees Plan/schedule events Help leadership team in various administrative responsibilities
