Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a professional Administrative Assistant to help with a variety of administrative tasks, keep things organized, and assist multiple departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the entire company.

Hard Skills

  • Answering and directing phone calls

  • Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings

  • Producing and distributing correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms

  • Developing and maintaining a filing system

  • Scheduling tours and planning/scheduling events

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to support employees and communicate with the office team

  • Capability to assist the leadership team in various administrative responsibilities

  • Able to travel to and from 2 different offices when needed.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Lexington, Kentucky.

Work Environment

Office/front desk, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
