Job Title: Janitor

Job Description

The individual will be responsible for cleaning hospital rooms in the hospital. Mostly discharges (when someone is discharged and the room is sanitized in between patients). There will be a ton of walking involved so candidate must be comfortable being on their feet all day. They will wipe down equipment, empty trash, sweep floor, and dust. They will clean up spills, mop, and swipe down surfaces as needed. There are multiple floors so attention to detail is important.

Responsibilities

• Clean hospital rooms, primarily after patient discharges.

• Wipe down equipment and surfaces.

• Empty trash and sweep floors.

• Dust furniture and fixtures.

• Clean up spills and mop floors.

• Navigate multiple floors and learn the hospital's layout.

• Use hospital-issued iPhones to receive assignments and access cleaning tutorials.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00
