Works in accounting and production control area.      Responsibilities/Duties

Promotes, complies, actively participates to help maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Set-up new FG materials and all necessary components and maintains records of materials used, throughput and yields. Controls WIP inventory and does monthly physical inventoryAnalysis WIP Usage (Semi-finished and bulk) Reconcile IBS and As400 for Semi-finished (film)Reviews computerized inventory of raw materials against present and anticipated manufacturing work orders. Correct Bom in all As400 and IBS systems Secondary Production and A/P clerk duties Work with administrator, scheduling and manufacturing personnel to keep computer system updated. Enter sample production orders and analyze material usage. Review and correct offset abnormal reportMaintain material tables in IBS and As400      Required Experience

Previous data entry experience Personal computer experience Mainframe computer experience Good organizational skills Good oral and written communication skills      Required Education

High school graduate or equivalent
