Spurwink is currently looking for a Clinician to join our highly skilled Lewiston Area Outpatient Therapy Team! This is a fee for service position with flexible hours and the possibility of hybrid, in office, and remote scheduling! In this position, you will provide both in person and telehealth individual and family therapy services. We are looking for someone open to working with a variety of ages including children, adolescents, and adults. Clinicians with play therapy and/or early elementary experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

A company laptop and cell phone provided as well as ample internal and external training opportunities and access to therapy supply funds. We encourage conditionally licensed clinicians to apply! Supervision toward State of Maine licensure is provided. Spurwink is a Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer!

Fee for Service clinicians will receive a weekly stipend for the first 6 weeks of employment while they grow their caseload. This stipend will be paid in addition to any training/supervision/billable hours accumulated during that time period.

    DUTIES:

    Job duties include conducting psychosocial assessments, individual treatment planning for clients, individual and group therapy with children, and observation of our clients in their natural environments to gather data relative to their behavior, performance, and response to their environment. Further responsibilities include consulting with treatment team members, social brokerage, submission of Kepro managed care entries for Maine clients, clinical documentation, and discharge and transition planning.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited school and licensure in the state of Maine as an LCSW or LCPC. Must maintain required licensing and certification throughout the duration of employment with Spurwink in this role.
