Job Title: Associate Director of Facilities
What You'll Do:
Primary, direct oversight of maintenance and repair of facilities, ensuring strict compliance with health and safety standards.
Oversight of construction projects, custodial services, and groundskeeping.
Ensure facilities are clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures.
Ensure security, safety and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.
Review, analyze, evaluate, maintain, and manage the vendors, service contracts and RFP process for facilities management.
What You'll Bring:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions.
Experience in a health care environment preferred.
Project management preferred.
Experience with contract negotiation and preparation.
Experience with general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management.
Acute knowledge of and experience with OSHA, ADA, NFPA, fire/life safety and ACHC requirements, as well as IBC.
