As a member of the Sales and Support Operations team, our Large Group Coordinators are responsible for the internal preparation of paperwork and onboarding of RFP quotes, new and renewing 101+ employer groups. This role handles the analysis of benefit details including variations; deviations; and customization requests and serves as the primary administrative and technical support to the sales & service team and downstream departments for onboarding activities.

What You Bring to Cambia:

Qualifications:

Large Group Coordinator would have a Bachelor\'s degree in Business or related field and 1-2 years of progressive experience in healthcare, such as sales and marketing, sales support, customer service, claims, membership or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Demonstrated ability to use MS Office products and other corporate software. Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of Underwriting and Marketing guidelines.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of health insurance and products available, new industry developments (i.e. Healthcare Reform), sales processes, terminology and operational flow.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrates effective working relationships with cross-functional departments within a team environment (i.e. Group Services, Underwriting, Product Build, Claims, Membership, ASO Unit, etc.).
  • Demonstrated knowledge in the Configurator Tool process including in-depth knowledge of large group benefit plans, and a strong working knowledge of benefit documents.
  • Demonstrated experience in recognizing problems and effectively resolving complex issues.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize to meet established deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects and/or group activities simultaneously.

What You Will Do at Cambia:

  • Manages internal activities related to sales and service operations for new and renewing 101+ fully insured and ASO accounts, providing administrative support to Sales and Account Executives and acting as a liaison between internal departments.
  • Reviews benefits and contract information to prepare quotes, ensuring legislative mandates and benefit changes are included in the configurator tool for Underwriting.
  • Implements and onboards new and renewal groups, coordinating with Sales and Account Executives, Underwriting, and other departments to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
  • Ensures system configuration, group benefits, claims processing, and membership eligibility are set up according to the group\'s intended benefit plan design, coordinating with other departments as needed.
  • Prepares and coordinates new group enrollment eligibility files, reviewing and formatting files to ensure correct template format for autoload into Facets.
  • Tracks new and renewal groups from beginning to end, working directly with other departments to assist with set up questions and/or issues, and providing administrative support to the Sales and Account Executives as needed.

The expected hiring range for a Large Group Coordinator is \$27.20 - \$35.10/hour depending on ski ls, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 10%. The current full salary range for this role is \$27.20 - \$45.70/hour.
