West Virginia Employer Delivery Driver in Lewisburg, West Virginia
Full time, salary job! Starting salary of $50,000 first year with salary increases offered after the first year. Four day work week, Tues-Fri. Work day begins at 5:30am at the warehouse location. Work day is over when deliveries are completed for the day. Some longer days could require the driver to be on the road 12+ hours in a given day. Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Ability to lift 25lbs or more. No CDL license required. But must have clean driving record Ability to drive a cargo van. Willing to travel to all points in WV, city and interstate driving required. Previously delivery experience is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities include: Delivering wine/merchandise to various locations throughout the state, loading and unloading boxes in and out of the work vehicle, taking payments (handling checks and money) maintaining a polite/professional demeanor with customers, simple math computation during each delivery stop. There will be a training period, which will be compensated. There is no health insurance, however after the first year a 2 week vacation is offered as well as a 401/SEP retirement plan extended to employee.
