Essential Job Functions:
Troubleshooting skills, disassembling, repairing, and reassembling machines including complex electrical and electronic controls and equipment.
Operate hand tools, lathe, mill, drill press and similar tools used for repairs and fabrication.
Must be able to operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.
Performing all types of plumbing work... hydraulic, pneumatic, water, conduit, etc.
Safely operate forklifts and aerial equipment.
Perform maintenance on hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Schematic reading and troubleshooting of these systems will be required.
Perform maintenance on automation equipment and controls. Schematic reading, troubleshooting and PLC knowledge of these systems will be required.
Must follow written standard work procedures and safety procedures.
Proficient with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Software
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to install, program or repairs automated machinery and equipment such as robots or programmable controllers. Set up and operate machine tools such as lathe, fingered drill, and milling machines to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs and fixtures, a hand tools. Must be able to operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts. Must be able to fabricates and repair counters, benches, partitions, and other wooden structure. Must follow written standard work procedures including all safety procedures.
Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or general education degree (GED). Two-year Electrical degree required or must be willing to obtain electrical training/education.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such a proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply basic algebra.
Language Skills
Must have good communication both written from and verbally in a courteous manner with fellow co-workers and other people and those they will come in contact with on a daily basis. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral
