Job Title: QC Lab Leader (m/f/d)

Summary:Als Laborleiter (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für die Leitung des zugewiesenen QC Labors und führst die Mitarbeitenden fachlich und disziplinarisch.

Responsibilities Include:

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der unterstellten Mitarbeiter

• Entwicklung, Training und Schulung der unterstellten Mitarbeiter

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von gesetzlichen und Momentive Vorgaben im Labor

• Korrekte und rechtzeitige Prüfung sowie Freigabe der hergestellten Produkte, Rohstoffe und Zwischenprodukte gemäß den Qualitäts- und Prüfvorschriften

• Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der für die QC-Prozesse zutreffende Normen wie ISO9001 und IATF 16949 sowie interne Qualitätsvorschriften im Labor

• Koordination der Freigabeprioritäten in Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und Supply Chain

• Zuständig für die Verfügbarkeit und Gültigkeit vorhandenen Prüfmethoden und Geräte, inklusive Kalibration in diesem Bereich

• Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße Nutzung und Wartung der Laborgeräte

• Verantwortung für die Rückstellmusterlagerung im Verantwortungsbereich

• Prüfung von Entwicklungsprodukten und Auswertung der Ergebnisse, vergleichende Beurteilung anwendungstechnischer Eigenschaften

• Fehlerbehebung an Messgeräten, ggf. mit Hilfe von externem telefonischem Technikersupport

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Chemietechniker (m/w/d) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Analytik und/oder Qualitätskontrolle

• Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden

• Vertraut mit den gängigen Sicherheitsvorschriften im Labor und Kenntnisse im ordnungsgemäßen Umgang mit Chemikalien

• Durchsetzungsvermögen in Verbindung mit hoher Sozialkompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeiter zu motivieren

• Verantwortungs- und Kostenbewusstsein

• Gute Kenntnisse der relevanten Laboranalytik (Nasschemie, Chromatographie) und Auswertungsmethoden

• Erfahrung in der Methodenentwicklung und Validierung

• Eigeninitiative

• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

• Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise

• LIMS Kenntnisse (Dateneingabe)

• Anwenderkenntnisse der gängigen MS365 Anwendungen

• Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (in Wort und Schrift)

• Gute Kenntnisse in Englisch (in Wort und Schrift)

Bevorzugte Qualifikation:

• SAP Kenntnisse (Dateneingabe)

• Erfahrung mit IATF 16949

• Zertifizierung im Bereich kontinuierliche Verbesserung/ Lean/ Six Sigma
