Senior Solution Sales – SAP SuccessFactors

Become part of our dynamic and passionate SAP SuccessFactors team in France as a Senior Solution Sales Executive in charge of Large Enterprise. In this role, you will drive HR cloud sales for selected enterprise and multinational clients.

As a Solution Sales Executive SAP SuccessFactors HCM, you will be directly responsible for selling the SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite and generating related revenue in the cloud space.

Your expertise in HR processes will play a crucial role in driving SAP’s cloud business in France. Working closely with our Industry Account Executives, Presales, and Value Advisory teams, you will execute sales strategies that inspire prospective clients. You will focus on acquiring new customers while growing and expanding existing relationships with French customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve agreed sales targets with SAP SuccessFactors

• Drive sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.

• Manage opportunities by engaging internal and external stakeholders.

• Identify decision-makers across various customer departments and build trusted relationships at the CxO level (CHRO, CIO).

• Present the SuccessFactors portfolio and actively participate in contract negotiations.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including Presales, Value Advisory, and Industry Account Executives, to develop tailored account strategies.

• Understand customer needs, value drivers, and guide their transition to the cloud.

Your Profile

• 7 years of SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record in high-velocity sales cycles.

• Strong knowledge of HR processes, HR software, and the competitive landscape of the HCM market. Career changers with relevant experience are welcome.

• Solid technical understanding of cloud applications and their impact on HR transformations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

• Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
