The Associate Director of Business Process role will be part of the Data Enablement team nested in the Clinical Services Data Operations workstream. This team will focus on In Office Assessment set-up, configuration, control and monitoring, driving global execution of scaled data processes required to deliver the risk adjustment and quality services. The Associate Director of Business Process will manage prospective program monitoring controls and remediation from deployment to completed provider returns, including provider payment and client invoicing, as well as data processes to enable the retrieval and coding for retrospective risk adjustment. This role also has oversight and responsibility for E2E process issue management and resolution.

Primary Responsibilities of the Associate Director of Business Process:

  • Provide senior leadership to an operations team around the execution of encounter operations processes

  • Drive continuous improvement of existing processes as well as develop new processes to meet emerging business needs

  • Work collaboratively across a broad spectrum of business partners to ensure flawless execution across the full E2E spectrum of encounter operations processes and objectives

  • Build and maintain productive relationships with key business partners

  • Develop team members to drive individual skill enrichment with a focus on the key success factors for encounter operations processes

Required Qualifications of the Associate Director of Business Process:

  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited college/university

  • Operations leadership experience including team management

  • Exceptional technical skills related to data mining, data analytics, development of process metrics and scorecards

Preferred Qualifications of the Associate Director of Business Process:

  • Experience in risk adjustment data processing and CMS submission regulations

  • Relevant work experience in strategy, management consulting, product or general management in a health care related field

  • Solid knowledge of healthcare related data including diagnosis and CPT structures

  • Superior conceptual, analytical and financial modeling skills as well as critical thinking

  • Solid history of quickly gaining credibility, partnering with business leaders and exhibiting executive presence

  • Ability to champion continuous change, consult with versatility, exhibit personal leadership and model a customer orientation

  • Ability to effectively drive results in a dynamic, matrixed environment with a high degree of organizational change, growth and ambiguity
