Our client in Lester Prairie is seeking a Secondary Production Operator to join their team.The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, organizational skills and mathematical skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Secondary Production Operator

Location: Lester Prairie

Pay Range: $18/hour

What’s the Job?

• Perform tasks to produce quality products including, not limited to part separation and sorting, trimming, gluing, cleaning, manual manipulation and rework

• Complete manual operation at injection molding presses

• Perform visual inspections on finished products and report all potential products concerns immediately

• Handle finished product including boxing, labelling and palletizing

• Ensure proactive safety is a first priority in all tasks

• Perform good housekeeping within work area and ensure cleanliness

• Participate in training programs

• Provide plant-wide support

• Other duties as assigned

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proficient mechanical and manual dexterity aptitude

• Team player with a positive, professional attitude

• Strong communication, organizational and mathematical skills

• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office package

• Ability to lift 60 pounds and stand/walk for entire shift duration
