About the role:

As the IT Systems and Services Owner , you will be at the heart of our digital ecosystem, ensuring that our critical systems operate securely aligned with business objectives.

How you will contribute:

Reporting to the Head of DD&T, you will be responsible for supporting our project portfolio leveraging the diverse skills set of your team composed of key enterprise solutions SMEs. You are entitled to:

• Oversee and optimize daily technical operations for reliable and efficient systems.

• Enhance system performance and user experience through continuous improvements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and communicate impacts.

• Develop innovative digital products and deliver thoughtful solutions.

• Identify and manage IT risks, ensuring cybersecurity compliance.

What you bring to Takeda

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.

• Approximately 10 years in system administration, tech management, or leadership.

• Over 5 years in operations across multiple functions like production, quality, or logistics.

• Skilled in vendor management, business partnerships, and contract negotiation.

• Proficient in automation, scripting, and major manufacturing systems (Oracle, SAP, MES, LIMS).

• Strong grasp of system architecture, integration, cloud platforms, and product development.

• Deep understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance.

• Effective communicator in cross-functional teams, fluent in English and French.
