ManpowerGroup Packer 1st , 2nd and 3rd Shift in Leominster, Massachusetts

Our client, a leader in the Industrial sector, is seeking a Packer 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift to join their team. As a Packer, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the logistics team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to maintaining a clean work environment, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packer 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift

Location: Leominster, MA

Pay Range: $16.50 to $18.25 based on experience and Shift

1st Shift 6:30am to 3:00 pm

2nd Shift 2:30pm to 11:00pm

3rd Shift 10:30pm to 7:00am

What's the Job?

  • Manufacturing and packing final products for distribution.

  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

  • Building boxes or pallets for shipment.

  • Ensuring quality standards are met during the packing process.

  • Collaborating with team members to meet production goals.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or packing role.

  • High School diploma or GED is required.

  • Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
