We are seeking a Office Experience Manager to join our Facility and Real Estate Management team. This role is critical in ensuring a high-quality work environment through the management of office services, internal events, and reception operations. The Manager will lead a team responsible for on-site internal events, facility management, and overall office experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless office experience for employees and visitors. This is an excellent opportunity for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys driving seamless office operations.

This position will be hybrid requiring you to be onsite 2 days a week in one of the following Jack Henry office locations: Lenexa, KS/ Monett, MO / Springfield, MO and or Allen, TX. We have corporate flight shuttles you can take to travel conveniently between office locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and develop the reception and office services teams, including performance management, coaching, and hiring.

  • Event Management: Help oversee the planning and execution of internal events, ensuring top-notch service and quality during large meetings and events. Manage catering, janitorial, and service providers during events.

  • Office Services Management: Oversee daily operations of the mailroom, shipping & receiving, and food services. Ensure maintenance and organization of breakrooms, conference rooms, and office supply replenishment.

  • Administrative Duties: Utilize department technology, such as service request systems and Microsoft Office software. Provide administrative support as needed.

    Salary range for this position is $ 58,308 - 90,000, depending on candidate experience and geographic location.

    What you'll be responsible for:

  • Team Management: Leads the reception team ensuring professional and efficient front desk and visitor processing functions.

  • Manages and develops the Office Services team, including subordinate supervisors.

  • Conducts performance appraisals, provides coaching, and manages hiring and firing within the department.

  • Develops training programs and coaches team members to improve skills.

  • Event Management:

  • Help oversee the planning and execution of internal events, meetings, and special activities.

  • Provides onsite leadership during large meetings and events to ensure exceptional quality of services.

  • Oversees and manages catering, janitorial, and other service providers during events.

  • Office Services Management:

  • Oversees the daily operations of the mail room, shipping & receiving department, and food services at various Jack Henry sites (excludes the Monett campus).

  • Responsible for the overall maintenance and organization of breakrooms, conference rooms, and office supply replenishment.

  • Administrative Duties:

  • Utilizes department technology for tasks such as service request systems, visitor registration system, and Microsoft Office software.

  • Performs miscellaneous administrative support tasks as needed .

  • May perform other duties as assigned.

    What you'll need to have:

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in each of the following workplace categories: people management, event management, managing vendor relationships.

  • Must have intermediate level experience with Excel.

  • Must be able to travel 15% to various Jack Henry office locations for events and team

  • collaboration.

  • Must be able to support an occasional Jack Henry event; schedule may be outside of standard business hours.
