Job Summary
This position develops detailed coordination and fabrication drawings for the appropriate trade.
This position contributes to the success of the company by supporting the department and ultimately the project and field management leaders.
Qualifications and Skills
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Vocational, Technical or Junior College (AA) in drafting and AutoCAD-related discipline is preferred but not required.
Experience in the Sheet Metal design and construction installation methods.
Must have 5 years of field experience performing primary job duties of sheet metal installation and fabrication.
A Sheet metal journeyman’s license is required.
Computer Skills:
Knowledge of Autodesk Products including Autodesk Revit, Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud and familiarity with how each interacts with each other is preferred but not required.
Other: Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check and a drug screen.
