Production Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor for our newly opened manufacturing facility. This individual will join us during the early stages and have the opportunity to grow with the company. The Production Supervisor will report to the Director of Operations, who will be primarily based out of Florida but will provide initial training and periodic on-site support. Over time, this role will evolve to be more akin to a Plant Manager position.

Our company produces environmentally friendly cups designed for quicker disposal, and this facility focuses on printing labels onto the cups for distribution to customers. The Production Supervisor will oversee the machine, manage the workers, and handle all warehouse functions.

Work Environment

Production warehouse facility. Non-climate controlled but with a high ceiling, making it cooler than most facilities.

Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm Mon-Fri. Likely to work 45-50 hours per week.

Looking to start a 2nd shift within the next 6 months - shift flexibility is a plus!
