Major responsibilities

• Monitor accounts by balancing entries

• Oversee and maintain a well-run system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures

• Oversee and manage general ledger

• Uphold quality historical records by filing documents

• Design Accounts Receivable invoices, analyzing payments received, and record deposits

• Put together financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

• Oversee accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions Requirements - Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred

  • BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred

  • Earlier experience working with various types of accounting software desired

  • Experience with Full Charge Bookkeeping

  • Basic Bookkeeping experience

  • Practical knowledge of High-Volume Invoicing

  • Bookkeeping Functions experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Adeptness in Full Cycle Payroll

  • Foundational knowledge in full charge bookkeeping

  • General familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Comprehensive knowledge of bookkeeping
