Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee new equipment installation, set up, modification and repairs

• Perform troubleshooting and investigate equipment failures

• Troubleshooting and programming PLC's

• Perform preventative maintenance, calibration of equipment and systems including repair, rework to meet and maintain specs and tolerances

Requirements:

• Ability to read blueprints, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, mechanical/electrical diagrams, and technical orders.

• Ability to connect wire to motors, fixtures, and other electrical equipment, replace switches and fuses, and splice wire, replace or repair belts, chains, or cables on machinery.

• Ability to troubleshooting and program PLCs and knowledge of robotics

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Industrial Maintenance with emphasis on electrical controls

• Intermediate knowledge of Electrical Theory for AC/DC circuits, Motor Controls (VFD, Servo)

• Fundamental understanding of mechanical maintenance, pneumatics, and hydraulics

Details:

• 12 hour shifts - Night Shift Training will be on Day Shift to begin

• Pay is based on experience - Up to $30+/HR for depending on experience

• Maintenance Technician degree or certificate in related field

• DIRECT PLACEMENT - NO CONTRACT PERIOD

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $50000.00/yr.
