Join us as Sales Coordinator for our Commercial Building division.

What is the job about?

As a Sales Coordinator, youcontribute to a thriving sales team whilst delivering world class customer services through various Customer channels i.e. telephone, E-mail, live chat, etc. You will provide customer contact resolution on general and potentially complex inquiries within a timely manner.

Your main responsibilities :

  • You provide support for escalated queries concerning the Order-to-Delivery process and tools.

  • You provide timely and effective quotations, technical advice, and support for order entry to customers and sales teams.

  • You identify business opportunities and pass them on to relevant sales teams.

  • You monitor customer order changes (delivery time, shipping terms, quantity, postponement, rejection, cancellation) and interact with external sales, finance, and supply chain.

  • You provide customers with information about the status of their order and delivery.

  • You coordinate customer complaints, return requests, and damaged returns.

  • You handle escalated and more complex tasks related to order handling, such as project sales and customer invoice disputes.

  • You promote digital tools to customers.

  • You identify opportunities for process improvement.

Your background :

We imagine that you have/are:

  • Experience in a sales support/customer service role.

  • Technical affinity is a plus, seeing we are a pump company.

  • Proficient in English.

  • Astructured work manner and understand the importance of follow-up and documentation.

  • Capable of contributing to group efforts while also handling responsibilities individually.

  • Good communication skills together with the ability to build trusting relationships with different Stakeholders.

  • Experience with SAP is a big plus.

  • Familiar with MS Office applications.
