Looking for a dynamic opportunity to lead, inspire, and exceed customer expectations? Join the Grundfos team as an Internal Sales Manager and take charge of a highly motivated team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer and organizational support.

What is the job about?

The Internal Sales Manager will support our Customer Sales & Support Centre (CSSC) and will supervise a team, driving efficiency and process improvement. In this role you will be ensuring the professional growth of team members.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee Frontline and Back Office teams, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

  • Ensure organizational management respects employee capacities and skills.

  • Assist in recruitment, conduct employee evaluations, and support their development.

  • Align tasks with individual career interests, provide mentorship, and encourage career goals.

  • Collaborate with CSSC managers to share best practices and align processes.

  • Monitor key performance indicators and improve sales cycle efficiency.

  • Coordinate telephone systems and CRM configuration for consistent working

  • Ability to encourage innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your background:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a technical customer support environment

  • At least 2 years experience in personnel management is desirable

  • Knowledge of pumps and pumping systems, including electronic controls

  • Ability to exercise good judgment in a rapidly changing environment

  • Train, coach and mentor team members effectively

  • Advanced computer skills, with above-average knowledge and use of Microsoft Office application programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
