Looking for a dynamic opportunity to lead, inspire, and exceed customer expectations? Join the Grundfos team as an Internal Sales Manager and take charge of a highly motivated team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer and organizational support.
What is the job about?
The Internal Sales Manager will support our Customer Sales & Support Centre (CSSC) and will supervise a team, driving efficiency and process improvement. In this role you will be ensuring the professional growth of team members.
Your main responsibilities:
Supervise and oversee Frontline and Back Office teams, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
Ensure organizational management respects employee capacities and skills.
Assist in recruitment, conduct employee evaluations, and support their development.
Align tasks with individual career interests, provide mentorship, and encourage career goals.
Collaborate with CSSC managers to share best practices and align processes.
Monitor key performance indicators and improve sales cycle efficiency.
Coordinate telephone systems and CRM configuration for consistent working
Ability to encourage innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your background:
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a technical customer support environment
At least 2 years experience in personnel management is desirable
Knowledge of pumps and pumping systems, including electronic controls
Ability to exercise good judgment in a rapidly changing environment
Train, coach and mentor team members effectively
Advanced computer skills, with above-average knowledge and use of Microsoft Office application programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
