DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position, you will assist caseworkers with managing their caseloads of consumers we serve and ensure proper documentation in our case management system. This includes assisting with the supervision of visitations and helping families with daily activities of living such as home maintenance and care, in-home parenting education, proper hygiene, nutrition, cooking, and food shopping skills. You may also transport customers to supervised visitation and necessary appointments, provide childcare as needed, and assist our consumers with completing applications and forms.
Other responsibilities include producing a written report of each appointment, participating in meetings with other staff to develop treatment plans and set goals for consumers, attending court and providing testimony if needed, and related clerical office duties. Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch, and may require additional time after hours. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Graduation from high school; or Any equivalent combination of training and experience.

Legal Requirements: A conditional offer of employment will require a drug screening. This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law. Under the Law, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
