Operations Management: * Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. * Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to streamline processes. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment between sales and operational goals. * Implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational performance. Financial Management: * Prepare and manage budgets related to sales compensation. * Analyze financial reports and forecasts to support decision-making and strategy development. * Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize expenses. Customer Service: * Enhance the customer experience by ensuring high-quality service and timely resolution of issues. * Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. * Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services. Reporting and Analysis: * Prepare regular reports on sales performance and sales compensation metrics. * Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.

Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. * Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement, processes, procedures and policies. * Strong familiarity with Salesforce CRM, other automation tools. * Proficient in Microsoft Windows as well as Word, Excel and Power Point * Track record of thriving in a global operating environment across many geographies and cultures. * Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations. * Experienced hands-on manager with the ability to multi-task and drive fast paced execution. * Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed organization * Minimum 7 years of related experience * 2-5 years of previous management or senior management experience * Proven leadership skills * Effective written and verbal communication skills Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $111,700 -- $236,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
