ADOBE INC. Senior Technical Consultant in LEHI, Utah
Assist Adobe clients with implementation of AEP and Adobe Analytics solutions. Duties include: gather, document, and guide client business requirements, key performance indicators and other functional and/or technical requirements; design customized solutions and technical tag implementation strategies; generate customized web analytic collection code and assist with implementation and deployment; support client's developers and third parties throughout the implementation process; validate and debug implementation, following through on issues until resolved; customize web analytic solutions as needed; advise key stakeholders and drive client success based on clients most important business drivers; proactively interact with clients via phone, email, and/or in-person-including interaction with marketers, analysts, web developers, and C-level executives throughout the project life cycle; educate clients on the best practices in relation to their specific industry and key business requirements; produce technical documents and presentations; collaborate and act as a development lead point of contact with Digital Marketing Consultants on Digital Marketing Suite technical implementation; build technical and business relationships with Adobe Consultants while maintaining the highest level of professionalism; work and collaborate with Adobe internal teams and client partner relationships; support additional team members by mentoring and teaching; and work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure professional delivery of technical implementations.
May allow for partial telecommuting. Position requires travel.
Employer will accept a Master's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Technical Consultant-related occupation.
Position requires 24 months of experience in the following:
• HTML/CSS and Javascript;
• Adobe Experience Platform tool including AEP Web SDK and Mobile SDK;
• Adobe Analytics, including tool configuration, variable setup, and technical data collection practices for web and mobile;
• Mobile app implementation with react native; and
• Android studio tool.
