Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Social Media & Influencer Marketing Intern. In this role, you will support our record breaking social team, contributing to impactful campaigns that enhance our brand awareness. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Social Media, providing you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn from industry professionals.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the social team in the development and execution of marketing strategies.

  • Help execute day-to-day operation and assist with User-Generated Content (UGC) organization.

  • Research and identify potential influencer partnerships that align with our brand.

  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with influencers throughout the onboarding process including scheduling introductory calls, drafting contracts, and overseeing influencer installs.

  • Coordinate with influencers for content creation, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.

  • Oversee and manage campaigns in influencer software and report the performance of influencer campaigns.

  • Support the team with administrative tasks and project coordination as needed.

  • Stay up to date with social media and industry trends

  • Comfortable being on camera is a plus.

    Required Skills:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge across social media and influencer marketing.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills with a strategic and critical POV.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Required Education/Experience.

  • Currently a student of a degree course majoring in communications or marketing

  • Influencer marketing or social media experience preferred

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

    WORKING CONDITIONS:

    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
