The Opportunity

Adobe is looking for a motivated individual to join our Sales team as a Business Development Representative - Health Care and Life Sciences.   • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts and inbound leads to build sales-ready meetings and opportunities.
  • Engage with key decision-makers, including CXOs and senior-level executives, through phone calls, video correspondence, and emails.
  • Conduct detailed research on accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity.
  • Disseminate opportunities to appropriate Account Executives, ensuring they are well-informed about each prospect.
  • Confidently handle and overcome objections from prospects.
  • Foster positive relationships and establish yourself as a reliable point of contact for potential clients.
  • Update lead scoring and manage prospect interactions in Salesforce to maintain efficient lead management.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline targets to achieve territory revenue objectives.
  • Provide closed-loop feedback to continually optimize processes.
  • Maintain professional relationships that align with our core values and culture. What You Need to Succeed

  • Proven self-starter with a record of successful lead follow-up and sales development at various executive levels.

  • Strong skills in pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, and objection handling.
  • Ability to structure and control calls effectively.
  • Expertise in time and territory management.
  • Capability to manage ecosystem relationships to achieve joint goals.
  • Consistent track record of meeting inside sales goals and managing lead data accurately in a CRM system.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, collaborative sales team environment.
  • Positive and vibrant phone skills, along with excellent listening, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Unwavering integrity and dedication to excellence.
  • Proficient with corporate efficiency tools such as email, voicemail, and MS Office.
  • Prior sales training and experience with Salesforce are a plus.
  • A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience is required. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $63,000 -- $100,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.
