Job Title: Rotomold Operator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Rotomold Operator to maintain the operation of the rotomold machine, including setup, shutdown, temperature adjustments, filling buckets with powder, and cleaning. The ideal candidate understands the rotational molding process, mold preparation, basic mechanics, and minor maintenance. Responsibilities include ensuring good quality parts, reading and following molding process sheets, conducting first part inspections, effective communication with team members, and maintaining a clean work area. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Hard Skills

• 1+ years of rotomold operating experience

• 2+ years of blueprint reading

• 2+ years of machine operating experience

Soft Skills

• Effective communication

• Attention to detail

• Organizational skills

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Leetsdale, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

Openings on 1st & 3rd shift - $20.50/hr plus $1.50 shift differential (10:00 pm – 6:30 am). There is a progression scale with an increase every three months for one year, reaching $22.50. Training starts on 1st shift without differential. Clean manufacturing environment.
