As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data within our Global Operations department. You will contribute to the development of project plans, ensuring alignment with data-related activities and objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide ad-hoc support for various projects

Responsibilities

  • Understanding customer search behavior and providing analysis report to indicate improvement area

  • Running data profiles and complex data statistics

  • Supporting Business or other Data Engineering teams with data subject matter expertise

  • Mentoring less senior Data Engineers on methodologies and optimization techniques

  • Designing, completing, and presenting new data evaluations to diverse audiences

  • Creating data documentation including mappings and quality thresholds

  • Conducting routine data review and verification and ensuring corrections and clarifications are made in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Display solid proficiency with development language ideally SQL and Python,

  • Demonstrate experience working with Data visualization tools, ideally Tableau

  • Have exceptional proficiency with data analysis tools and processes

  • Experience in applying advanced data models/scenarios

  • Understanding of complex data structure, advanced blending techniques including big data and knows how to apply advanced data preparation and refinement techniques

  • Display good problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and research skills with great attention to detail
