Job Description Field Service Engineer

THIS JOB IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO

Be an integral part of the Operations team, providing essential skills and experience to Installation, Commissioning activities, as well as software training, and ongoing maintenance throughout the lifetime of the equipment.

WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Carry out installations/commissioning

• Responsible for mechanical installations and all i/o related wiring and testing

• Carrying out breakdowns/preventative servicing, and general repairs

• Carrying out hardware/software training

• Working to fixed deadlines

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO IS:

• You are highly professional individual, positive in your thoughts, words, actions and appearance.

• You are organized, efficient and able to deliver results even under pressure

• You are able to understand the importance of following business procedures and can interpret and adapt these to new situations.

• Experience within the Food, Pharmaceutical, Packaging or associated industries

YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:

• Experienced in electro/mechanical is essential (Electrically biased 60/40)

• Degree/ Diploma/NVQ level in engineering is essential

• Knowledge of food processing/packaging equipment will be beneficial

• Experience and exposure to Product ID/Food manufacturing industries
