Youwillbe responsible forcreating and operationalising the framework that ensuresbest-in-class qualityfor ourEE App experience, as well asa stable and reliable app release trainthat all our teams can rely upon.This isa highly importantrole thatwill requirepreviousexperience as a product ownerbuilding your own journeys, coordinationof broader initiativesacrossmultipleteams at scale and experience withimplementinggovernance frameworksto positively move app KPIs.This role is part product manager, part product operationsbutwith a strong focus the performance of App as a channel.
What you’ll be doing
You'llinspire,coachand guide a squad to ensure the delivery of outcomes to support the customer and business

Why this job matters
The Product Manager (IC) executes a range of workstreams in product development programs across BT Group, managing the implementation and maximal impact of company product strategies, product management, user experience (UX), software engineering, and analysis across multiple product lines.
What you’ll be doing
Executes a range of workstreams in the implementation of product management vision and strategy.
Identifies new products or enhancements to existing products by understanding and analysing user needs, BT Group's current product suite and business requirements of internal functions like sales and delivery.
Collaborates with analytics and engineering teams, and interfaces with cross functional stakeholders e.g. executives, sales, product, marketing, legal, and customer success teams to fulfill the product backlog using Scrum/ Agile methodologies.
Creates and develops high quality work for product roadmapping, mockups, wireframes, POCs(points of contacts), specification writing and product schedules.
Contributes towards the continual assessment of the needs of customers, tech teams and stakeholders in defining and evolving the product strategy.
Ensures accurate and formal product documentation such as feature sheets and user guides.
Ensures constant analysis of customer behavior, developing metrics and cultivating novel techniques to help our customers.
Contributes towards comprehensive product requirements to instrument new tracking events, build data tools, pipelines, analytic dashboards and visualisations.
Mentors other product management professionals, helping to improve the team's abilities by acting as a technical resource.
Champions, continuously develops and shares with team knowledge on emerging trends and changes in product management.
