WestRock in Lebanon, TN is looking for Web Press Operators. These will be a 12-hour night shift position (6pm-6am).
Pay is based on experience.

Summary:
To Setup, make ready, and operate printing presses.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operates machine in proper manner, maintaining high production at proper machine speed and a quality product, with a minimum of waste.
Perform printing press make ready and setup to spec on 44 -55’ wide web flexo or offset 6 to 8 color presses.
Perform quality checks to ensure color matches and registration are within compliance and adjust press as needed to maintain quality levels.
Read and understand job specification information sheet.
Record and maintain data related to downtime, including amount of time, reason for downtime, scrap/waste levels, and actions to correct problem.
Perform machine trouble shooting and adjust correct quality or efficiency problems related to machine set up or mechanical defect.
Assists in training of new employees on the press crew and directing the daily press team members.
Ensure correct inks are in place and continual monetary of Viscosity.
Monitor machine efficiencies & speeds to ensure production levels meet or exceed standards & make appropriate adjustments.
Perform preventative maintenance checks according to established procedures & schedules.
Perform lock out/tag out when required.
Completes production, quality & crewing reports.
Communicates well with other operator/Team Leads at any time throughout their shift and at shift change.
Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Experience on a Flexo printing press, web press, or printing press (Gravure, Offset, or Flexo Press)
