Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the Restaurants & Catering industry, located in Lebanon, Tennessee. As a Data Entry Clerk, your role will encompass a variety of tasks including organizing files, performing calculations, and managing data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately process credit applications from customers

• Maintain precise records of customer credit

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as needed

• Utilize 10 key skills in carrying out daily tasks

• Provide excellent customer service at all times

• Manage email correspondence effectively and detail orientedly

• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and correspondence

• Organize files and documents in an orderly manner for easy retrieval

• Perform calculations accurately for various data entry tasks

• Carry out scanning and typing tasks as part of routine duties. Requirements • Proficiency in 10 Key Skills for accurate data input

• Experience in Customer Service, enabling effective communication with team members and vendors

• Proficient in Data Entry, ensuring accurate and timely information input

• Ability to manage Email Correspondence, ensuring clear and detail oriented communication

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents

• Experience in Organizing Files, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval of data

• Ability to Perform Calculations accurately and quickly

• Experience in Scanning documents for digital storage and retrieval
