Aerotek General Laborer in Lebanon, Pennsylvania

Description:

1st Shift - 5:30am to finish

*Typically 9-11 hour days

**Average 50-55 hours a week

Job Duties:

-Utilize tape measure to measure out material

-Utilize hand tools to perform various task examples and assembly

-Prepare wood and steel molds for concrete

-Place and secure steel rebar in forms

-Pour and finish concrete into molds

-Strip and clean concrete forms and pieces

-Assemble and disassemble casting forms on the production floor

-Assist in placing and positioning reinforcement steel in the forms

-Give the poured concrete product the final finish (rough and/or fine)

-Once cured in the form, “strip” (remove) the poured concrete piece out

of the form.

-Patch any “blemishes” (if necessary) after the finished concrete piece

has been removed from the form.

-Assist in performing clean-up duties in the general work area, as

required, during and at the end of the work shift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must Haves:

-Safety Oriented

-Mechanically inclined

-Ability to kneel, bend, and twist during normal workday

-Ability to lift different materials weighing up to 50lbs
