DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Fiscal Technician, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the County Fiscal Operations Officer to ensure compliance with all requirements of the fiscal operations of Lebanon County Children and Youth Services. This position assists with the classification, analysis recording, review, processing, controlling and preparation, and maintenance of a variety of county, state, federal fiscal, accounting and banking records, financial statements, and reports. Work also includes assisting with the development of annual fiscal year budgets. Specific duties will be assigned and directed by the Agency Fiscal Operations Officer.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Fiscal Assistant; or Three years of work involving the maintenance of fiscal or financial records, including one year of responsible work which involves the application of accounting or fiscal principles and practices; and graduation from high school; or One year of experience in maintaining and reviewing fiscal records and an associate degree in accounting or business administration; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training. Hiring preference for this vacancy may be given to candidates who live within Berks, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, or Schuylkill counties.
