Shipping and Receiving Clerk - 7am-3:30pm

We are a leading provider of carboard packaging. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and innovation in our field. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory and Parts Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance and repair processes. You will manage the inventory and organization of machine parts, develop efficient filing systems, and enhance tracking and reporting capabilities for our maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory and organization of machine parts to ensure optimal stock levels and accessibility.

• Filing System Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive filing system for part catalogs, improving retrieval efficiency.

• Tracking and Reporting: Enhance tracking and reporting capabilities for the maintenance team to support accurate and timely maintenance schedules.

• Part Location: Locate required parts for mechanics to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

• Part Sign-Out System: Implement and manage a system for signing out each part to streamline inventory processes.

• Data Entry: Gather and accurately enter parts data into the system to ensure up-to-date records.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a maintenance or industrial setting.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to develop and maintain effective filing systems.

• Proficiency in tracking and reporting tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to locate parts efficiently.

• Experience with data entry and inventory management systems.
