  • Installing, physically moving, changing/upgrading, and disposing of computer hardware and software products

  • Maintaining virus protection, OS service packs, general operations, and providing back-up and disaster recovery

  • Handling print queue issues

  • Managing PC loaner program

  • Managing the PC refresh for the office


  • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and 1 - 3 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • A+ certification preferred, or ability to complete within 6 months

  • Corporate or factory environment work experience preferred

  • Certifications in IBM and HP preferred

  • Entry-level knowledge of network infrastructure

  • Ability to occasionally lift, move, and/or carry up to 50 pounds, and occasionally move up to 100 pounds with assistance
