Job Description:

1st Shift Full Case Order Fill Auditor ( NOTE: This is a Non-standard position)

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Job Requirements for The Warehouse Specialist/Auditor:

-Counting/Lifting Product that may weigh 50-80 lbs.

-Cross Training On Dock-Stocker/Pallet Rider

- H elp Evaluate/Audit the Process: Checking For Inefficiencies and Waste To Be Identified .

• Length of Service: An employee must be in their current role for a minimum amount of time if applying for a position outside of their current department.

• Exempt (Salaried) : 12 months

• Non-Exempt (Hourly) : 6 months

• Performance:

• Oak Brook & Field: An employee must be performing at an acceptable level and not be on any Corrective Action or Performance Improvement Plan.

• RSC: An employee should have no more than one active, “1st Step Level” of formal counseling for any reason (exception: can be at the “2nd Step Level” for absenteeism), and must meet or exceed the performance standards for their current position.

• Notify Your Manager: Be sure to tell your manager that you are applying for a new career opportunity as they will be contacted by HR to ensure you meet the minimum qualifications listed above.
