Panasonic North America Senior Salesforce Developer in Leawood, Kansas

Overview

The Senior Salesforce Developer will play a critical role in creating and maintaining custom applications and solutions on the Salesforce platform. This developer will work closely with the lead architect, project managers and other business stakeholders to ensure solutions developed meet the organization's needs.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, architect, and SMEs to design and implement complex Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ and Marketing Cloud solutions to meet business requirements using code and no-code tools.

  • Develop integrations with third-party applications and systems

  • Create and maintain solution and technical design documents

  • Collaborate with system owner to assist in the creation of test scripts to ensure the delivery of a quality solution

  • Maintain and update applications based on user feedback and business needs

  • Troubleshoot issues and debug errors that arise

  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance while adhering to company compliance and governance policies.

  • Ability to compare and contrast alternative approaches to meet objectives

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams

  • Must possess good organizational, decision-making, and logical troubleshooting skills

  • Experience with working in a fast-paced and changing environment

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud and CPQ).

  • Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Flow

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce integration tools and best practices

  • Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I and II certification required

  • Other Salesforce certifications a strong plus

  • Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs

  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, architecture, and data modes

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning components and Lightning web components

  • 10+ years of Agile development experience

  • Ability to learn new applications and bring forward industry best practices

Salary range 95,000-120,000
