SUMMARY


The Business Operations Manager - Retirement Services will work with the National Retirement & Wealth Practice Leader to build and execute a roadmap for the initiatives created by our Retirement Strategy Team. The Retirement Operations Manager will work in conjunction with our regional retirement leaders as well as our external partners, to roll out new services, trainings and provide general support.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


+ Gather requirements from stakeholders for each initiative to create a roadmap towards each project's completion


+ Assist in strategizing process improvements to increase operational success and efficiency


+ Execute on project plan; hold stakeholders accountable to ensure accuracy and timely completion


+ Provide succinct and effective status updates to communicate progress to teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders


+ Support regional and local teams as they transition from legacy best practice to new best practice


+ Work closely with external partners to coordinate efforts; assist them in troubleshooting issues with new services


+ Coordinate efforts between teams to increase efficiency and sharing of best practices


+ Report on successes and summarize areas of opportunities post project completion


QUALIFICATIONS


+ Bachelor's degree


+ At least 5-7 years of experience in project management or operations


+ Financial services, securities and/or insurance background preferred


+ Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - Powerpoint and Excel needed


+ Experience with Smartsheet and Salesforce preferred


+ Strong operational focus


+ Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills


+ Ability to quickly learn new technology platforms


+ Comfortable with networking and communicating with high volume of leaders, including leaders and colleagues in other Operating Companies


This role is not eligible for remote work from Colorado.
