Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description

Responsible for supervising daily duties and ensuring employees hit daily goals and metrics. May need to assist with production duties, such as operating machines, push-button operation, operating terminals, and ensuring proper product levels in machines and maintenance. Lifting of 35lbs throughout the day and occasionally up to 50lbs. General labor duties, with potential assistance needed elsewhere. Accountable for employee safety, maintaining scrap rates below established levels, and ensuring customers do not receive non-conforming products. Maximize efficiency of employees and plant by ensuring machines meet established production goals. Implement accountability procedures and ensure employees are treated with respect. Plan shift schedules and ensure product demand is met. Study schedules, interpret specifications, and assign duties accordingly. Maintain a positive team atmosphere and work with the team to accomplish production quotas.
