We are Leica Geosystems, A Hexagon Company, and this is what we can offer you. We are currently interviewing for Electronics Service Technicians at various levels to join us in our newly remodeled, state-of-the-art service center in Duluth, Georgia.
SUMMARY: Maintain, repair and upgrade surveying equipment (including GPS, TPS, construction lasers, computers and software) and/or other Leica Geosystems and/or 3rd party equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. The person in this role will learn and assist with: Performing service diagnostics and the preparation of estimates Repairing of equipment as instructed Completing equipment adjustments and cleaning services as assigned Checking service diagnostics programs and making recommendations Supporting service, support and sales personnel Providing assistance and answering customer inquiries related to service issues Adhering to Leica Geosystems service protocols
