JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to manage calls and emails from customers, addressing inquiries about products and order statuses. You will generate quotes, request pricing, and develop a knowledge base on our evolving product offerings. REQUIRED SKILLS FOR SUCCESS

Customer Service and data entry experience required

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.

Language Skills: Bilingual in French and English, with strong oral and written communication skills in both languages.
