This position is responsible for increasing sales by converting pre-qualified leads and generating new business ? Collecting key information and setting customer expectations ? Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads ? Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email ? Entering all relevant customer data into the CRM ? Maintaining a database of current and potential customers ? Staying informed about competing products and services ? 18+ years of age with a high school diploma and reliable transportation ? 1-3 years sales experience - roofing/insurance sales is a plus ? Prior customer service, cold calling, or telemarketing experience ? Learn and educate homeowners on their roofing and solar needs
