SALES CONSULTANT
We are seeking several Sales Consultants with a charismatic, high energy, creative style that can work well independently or with a team.
Essential Functions:
- Positive, can-do attitude, professionalism, and high level of enthusiasm

- Actively listen to and engage customers , using appropriate selling skills to match the customer's needs, and ensure their decisions build long-term relationships
- Create volume driving initiatives
- Hit sales targets and company goals
- Handling guest escalations and forming creative and positive solutions
- Recommend and select products for customers based on their individual needs
- Managing a schedule based on business needs
- Describe products and explain their benefits and uses to potential customers
- Complete tasks such as processing and recording sales, as needed.
- Detail oriented, monitor all open price quotes, provide follow-up on all orders from sale through delivery
- Be comfortable with working independently and as a part of the team to achieve success
- Greets customers and assists them as required to maintain the highest level of customer service, guide them through our showroom and website to present product
- Strong commitment to meeting and surpassing our customers needs
- Demonstrate initiative to grow our business and achieve monthly goals
- Demonstrate comfort with basic computer skills, multitasking, answering multiple phone lines and having great time management and organizational skills
- Be able to work holidays, weekends ( Sundays are mandatory ) in order to meet the needs of the business
- ** Bi-lingual is a PLUS!
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Customer service and people skills, selling to customer needs.
- Product knowledge. General math skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, listening and leadership skills.
- Initiative to meet assigned sales goals, missions and objectives.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build rapport.
- Dependable.
