SUMMARY: The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with onboarding & orientation activities, employee relations, Team Member inquiries, benefit activities, and provide support and assistance to our Team Members.
**Day Shift
**M-F with Weekends Off
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with hiring by processing, coordinating application process, onboarding, recommending candidates, licensing and related work cards and handling pre-employment onboarding and orientation.
- Work closely with HR management and oversee new hire training.
- Research, answer, and follow-up on daily inquiries from team members and managers on policies, benefits, and other related issues.
- Performs data input, such as new hires, transfers, leaves of absence, terminations, Oracle data.
- Works closely with Payroll.
- Maintains personnel files, ensuring compliance with SOX.
- Performs related duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.
- Provides Family Style Service at all times.
