Housekeeping Status Clerk Edgewater (Laughlin, NV)
Responsible for all incoming and outgoing telephone calls for the housekeeping department. Issues run to all Runners while monitoring and maintaining all statuses in LMS.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintains room statuses in LMS, ensuring rooms are update accurately and in a timely manner to include: Vacant/clean, vacant/dirty, pick-ups, discrepancies, out of orders, due outs and daily punches for Guest Room Attendants.
Responsible for maintaining daily call sheets to document all calls, requests and runs issued.
Responsible for distributing rooms to Guest Room Attendants throughout the shift and maintaining accurate record of issued rooms and to whom.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests
Job Specifications – Qualifications
Previous LMS experience strongly preferred.
Must be able to communicate in written and verbal form in English.
Must be able to obtain and maintain all cards required by the company.
Must be able to verify right to work in the U.S.
Working Conditions – Physical Requirements
Sedentary, with occasional walking, standing or stooping.
Occasionally lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
Communicate via radios and American Messaging Paging System.
Use of hands, ears and voice.
