Trains and supervises beverage servers, bar apprentices, bar porters and bartenders. Ensures that beverage service is efficient and to the highest standard. Follows all operating procedures, including safety and health procedures, in accordance with company standards. Assists the Beverage Manager in selecting, training, supervising, evaluating, and scheduling beverage associates Places beverage orders in Stratton-Warren Performs daily labor and payroll edits in KRONOS Executes month-end inventory by physically counting all beverage products Administers progressive discipline and attendance points according to company policy Adheres to the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement Assists in maintaining standards of health, safety and sanitation Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests.
