- Research complex technical problems, formulate recommendations, and build technically sound and scalable solutions.
- Be responsible for developing and maintaining cloud-ready automation workflows and utilities to use throughout application deployment lifecycle.
- Proactively maintain, monitor, and validate performance of Tyler's hosted application and environment for availability, performance, responsiveness, and resource allocation.
- Ensure application reliability and resiliency by deploying and using the latest monitoring tools.
- Own technical problems from identification through resolution.
- Plan for capacity and future growth and expansion of the environment to accommodate projected client/end-user growth to ensure maximum availability and performance of the environment.
- Ensure recovery capabilities meet or exceed service level agreements.
- Troubleshoot hosted application issues including off-hours support during on-call rotations as needed.
- Required Experience
- Hands on experiencewithdevelopment,deployment,and support of applications in Amazon Web Services, Azure, or Google Cloud
- 2+years of experience working in a CI/CD environment.
- 2+ years of experience implementing or maintaining highly available and secure systems.
- 3+ years of experience with the.NET technology stack (C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET5and above)
- Experience writinglambdafunctions in languages such asJavaScript, Python,Go,C# etc.
- Experience with event driven Microservice Architectures
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container technologies.
- Experiencewith databasesincluding Microsoft SQL Server and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Elasticsearch,and DynamoDB
- Experience with the followinghighly desirable:
- Microsoft Windows Server 2016and later
- Knowledge of Scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- AWS servicessuch as: EC2, VPC, ELB, RDS, CloudWatch, S3,andLambda

- Experience with the following highly desirable:

Salary will generally fall between $66,585 - $125,000 before adjustment for geographic differences. Recruiter can confirm if position is incentive eligible.
