Designer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 3D model designer with expertise in Autodesk Inventor or equivalent solid modeling software. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in drafting standards, geometric dimensioning & tolerancing, and solid modeling design.

Your role:

• Create/revise complex 3D models & drawings of assemblies & piece parts in Autodesk Inventor.

• Utilize a working knowledge of drafting standards and geometric dimensioning & tolerancing to communicate requirements & design intent.

• Gather technical inputs cross-functionally while using clear & concise written documentation skills to both relay and record technical information.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 4+ years of experience in complex 3D modeling, detailed technical drawings, geometric dimensioning & tolerancing and strong written communication skills.

• Your skills include 3D modeling (Autodesk Inventor preferred), technical drafting, geometric dimensioning & tolerancing. Bonus if you have experience with project management and/or coding skills.

• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

• You’re a highly organized & detail-oriented team player with a strong emphasis on creative problem solving.

Philips Transparency Details

The hourly pay range for this position is $26.00 to $45.00, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
